Why We Are Releasing These Records
During a recent broadcast, we addressed the ongoing public attacks and harassment directed at Danielle Van Noy by her siblings, most notably Joel and Noelle Van Noy. These attacks have centered on attempts to discredit Danielle’s credibility, character, and mental and spiritual health following her firsthand statements regarding sexual abuse and an alleged cover-up by her father, Paul Van Noy.
Because these claims against Danielle continue to be repeated publicly, and are used to undermine her testimony, we are releasing the full set of Coeur d’Alene Police Department records related to the Van Noy children in the interest of transparency and factual accuracy.
These records show that Danielle Van Noy is the only Van Noy child with no criminal record whatsoever, no arrests, no charges, no citations. This stands in direct contrast to the narrative being promoted by those attempting to portray her as unstable or unreliable.
The purpose of releasing these documents is not to sensationalize, but to correct the record and allow the public to evaluate verified facts for themselves.
How These Records Were Obtained
All records were lawfully obtained by Liberty Without Compromise through formal public records requests submitted to the Coeur d’Alene Police Department. These documents were released pursuant to Idaho public records law and have not been altered, edited, or selectively curated.
We are making the full records available so they can be reviewed in their original form, without commentary or distortion.

- The first two numbers of each record signify the year, i.e. “Joel Van Noy 21c26454-Joel Cite No Insurance” is a record from the year 2021
- These are not exhaustive records. Currently, these are only the records we’ve obtained from the Coeur d’Alene Police Department, not including records from other agencies that we have not yet obtained
